Officers responded to the area of Millwood Avenue for a report of an individual drinking in public. During a search, drug paraphernalia was found. Joshua Dombek, 40, was charged with public intoxication and possession of illegal substances.

Officers responded to Lowe’s for a report of shoplifting. During the investigation, officers identified the suspect, and a warrant was obtained for Patrick Goodman, 37, of Winchester, VA.

Officers encountered an individual who was behaving erratically at Motel 6. During the interaction, officers discovered the individual was wanted out of Frederick County. Officers obtained warrants for public intoxication and possession of illegal substances and Mackenzie Thomas, 31, was transported to the NRADC.

Officers conducted a traffic stop after observing an individual driving recklessly. Juarez Sixto, 27, of Winchester, VA, was charged with driving under the influence and transported to the NRADC.

Officers responded to Home Depot for a report of a hit & run. During the investigation, officers identified the suspect and placed him under arrest. Denis Baca Paguada, 29, of Winchester, VA, was charged with driving under the influence, hit & run, and driving with a revoked license.

Officers responded to the area of West Piccadilly Street for a report of an intoxicated individual asleep behind the wheel. Alexis Portillo, 22, of Winchester, VA, was arrested for driving under the influence and transported to the NRADC.

Officers responded to the area of Wilson Boulevard for a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim had parked his car the night before and noticed his vehicle was missing the next morning. Patrol is investigating.

Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Stonegate Drive and West Tevis Street. During a search, officers found illegal substances inside the vehicle. Clarence Mitchell, 48, of Middletown, VA, was served a warrant for possessing illegal substances and a summons for failing to obey a stop sign. He was then transported to the NRADC.
