Kids & Cops Camp

Kids & Cops Camp provides nearly 100 local children ages 9-12 with the opportunity to learn about law enforcement and teamwork, form friendships, and have a positive experience. Since its implementation in 2001, the camp has been a great success.

During the weeklong camp, children will participate in our annual kickball tournament, law enforcement demonstrations, competitions, and a community service project to learn the importance of giving back to the community.

Pickup and Drop-off

At the beginning and end of each camp day, pickup and drop-off will take place at the Rotary Shelter in Jim Barnett Park unless otherwise stated by Camp officials.

If you are a high school or college student and would like to help with our Kids & Cops Camp, we have a great opportunity for you!

Our internships provide great experience for students interested in entering recreation management, event planning, and childcare fields.
