WPD Investigates Fatal Vehicle Accident on Boscawen Street

At approximately 3:07p.m., on Saturday, October 18, Winchester Police responded to a report of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. A 3-year-old girl was crossing West Boscawen Street on the downtown Walking Mall with her family when she was struck and killed by a vehicle.
