The Winchester Police Department is always looking for ways to be involved in our community. From fun programs and events to visiting schools, our officers are here to serve as needed. Honor Guard

The Honor Guard represents the City of Winchester and the Winchester Police Department at funerals for those who have been killed in the line of duty, at burial services for elected officials, City employees, or retired officers, and will present colors at ceremonies or selected special events.

Law Enforcement Foundation

The Frederick/Winchester Law Enforcement Foundation serves the Winchester Police Department and Frederick County Sheriff's Office by supporting important programs and equipment needs for officers and deputies, initiatives, public outreach, and more.
