North End Summer Kickoff

There will be music, basketball, yard games, free pizza, and more! Get to know your community through a fun and engaging experience. We hope to see you there!

We partner with the Winchester City Sheriff's Office, Winchester Area NAACP, and the Frederick Douglass Park Club for this event.
