On December 22, 2025, Winchester Police officers responded to reports of multiple breaking and entering incidents involving businesses in the area of Jubal Early Drive and Featherbed Lane within the City of Winchester.
WPD officers and detectives conducted an investigation that led to warrants being obtained against Andy Milgrim for the below charges:
18.2-91 – Breaking and entering with the intent to commit larceny
18.2-26 – Attempt to commit breaking and entering
On December 30, 2025, Milgrim was taken into custody in Front Royal by the Front Royal Police Department with the assistance of the Northwest Regional Drug and Gang Task Force. Milgrim was then transported to the RSW regional jail.
