Kids and Cops Camp

2023 DATES: June 26-30

The Winchester Police Department Kids and Cops is a week-long camp that provides local children ages 9-12 with the opportunity to learn about law enforcement and teamwork, form friendships, and have a positive experience. Since its implementation in 2001, the camp has been a great success!

In addition to our annual kickball tournament, the children participate in law enforcement demonstrations and competitions. We also participate in a community service project, so the campers learn the importance of giving back to the community. But none of this would have been possible without the support and donations of our sponsors.

Registration

Camp registration fee is $35.00. Please make checks payable to the Winchester/Frederick County Law Enforcement Foundation with the "For/Memo" line stating "Kids & Cops Camp."

Parents who prefer to mail in their payments must ensure that payments are postmarked by April 6. The camp is limited to 60 applicants on a first-come, first-served basis.
