A second suspect in Wednesday’s suspected arson attempt at Douglas Community Learning Center has been positively identified and taken into custody.
Surveillance video obtained at the scene showed a 14-year-old female accompanying the male suspect who was taken into custody on Thursday.
The juvenile is being charged with three felonies, including breaking and entering, destruction of property, and arson. She is being held at the Northwest Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
