The Winchester Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a suspect involved in the September 6th burglary of The Chef's Market, located at 120 North Indian Alley in Winchester.
The suspect was captured on surveillance video. He was seen walking on Indian Alley and the Loudoun Street Mall from approximately 12:01 a.m. to 12:35 a.m. on September 6th. The suspect was described as a black male wearing a white t-shirt, black pants, and black shoes. He was carrying a clear plastic bag with unknown contents.
