UPDATE: Two charged in connection with multiple break-ins, thefts reported across city

Andrew Garrett Robinson, 20, and Hope Danielle Miller, 19, both of Winchester, have been charged in connection to the breaking-and-entering spree that occurred in the early morning hours of May 18, 2018.

Robinson was charged with one count of breaking and entering while Miller was charged with one count of possession of stolen property. Both were arrested May 24 and transported to the Northwest Regional Adult Detention Center. Each have since been released on bond.

Over 100 stolen items have been recovered during the course of the investigation, which includes incidents in Frederick and Clarke Counties. Winchester Police detectives will seek additional charges through indictment by the grand jury.
