The Winchester Police Department and the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney will hold a joint press conference on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at 3:30 p.m. to provide the public with updated information on a significant investigation. The media and their photographers are invited to join Chief John Piper and Commonwealth’s Attorney Marc Abrams on the west side steps (Cameron Street side) of the Joint Judicial Center, located at 5 North Kent Street in the City of Winchester. At the time of the press conference, questions concerning the investigation will not be answered.
