“Every member of the Winchester Police Department plays an important role in providing quality customer service to all persons residing in and traveling through the City of Winchester. At the Winchester Police Department we strive to exceed the expectations of the citizens that we serve. All of our sworn law enforcement officers and civilian support staff possess a tremendous amount of personal and professional pride in who we are and what we do. Collectively, we understand the high degree of trust that has been given to us by the citizens that we serve and we are well aware of the expectation that our community has set for us. It is indeed an honor for me to have the opportunity to lead the fine men and women that comprise The Winchester Police Department.”
