Q: How do I report information about a case?
A: You can call Crime Solvers at (540) 722-5200.
Q: Can I remain anonymous?
A: Yes. When you call you will be assigned an Identification Number.
Q: Is there a reward for the information that I give?
A: Yes, if the information leads to an arrest you can earn a reward up to $1000.
Q: How will I receive the reward?
A: Your ID number will be published in the newspaper with instructions on how to collect your reward.
Q: Will I have to testify in court?
A: No, since you reported the information anonymously the Police Department will not have any of your personal information therefore we would not have a way to contact you in regards to appearing in court.
