A: Arrests of juvenile crime offenders are kept confidential from the public and media.

A: Juvenile records are sealed unless they are charged as an adult.

A: All alcohol and drug related charges will affect your child’s future driving privileges.
Q: Is there a curfew in Winchester?
A: It shall be unlawful for any minor under the age of fifteen (15) years to be in or upon any street, park or other public place in the city, on Sunday through Thursday between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day, or Friday or Saturday from the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of the following day unless, there are several exceptions to view these you can click this link and reference City Code Section 16-5.
