EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR
By direction of the Chief of Police, under the provisions of Winchester Police Department General Order 2-49, the Employee of the Year Award in recognition of qualities that distinguishes an employee above others in the field of police services, was awarded by the Winchester Police Department to the following-named officer Officer Greg E. Lambert.
Officer Lambert exemplifies the principles identified in the Winchester Police Department Mission and Vision Statement which are professionalism, integrity, teamwork, respect, service, and dedication. Through consistent commitment to the Winchester Police Department, fellow department members, and the community, Officer Lambert is recognized by his peers for his overall service during the year 2009.
Officer Lambert’s actions, professionalism, and dedication to duty merits the appreciation of the Winchester Police Department and the presentation of the Winchester Police Department Employee of the Year Award.
