Administration

The Administration Division provides a wide variety of services within the Police Department. The Division is made up of both civilian and sworn personnel of the Winchester Police Department. It is comprised of Administrative Services, Technical Services, and Training and Personnel Services.

The Administrative Services handles accreditation, finance, fleet and facilities, parking tickets, and polygraphs.

The Technical Services consists of Crime Analysis, Records & Data Entry, Technology, and Property.

The Training and Personnel Services is made up of training, recruiting, and background investigations.

It is the goal of this department is to provide a high level of customer service to both our internal and external customers.
