ABANDONED VEHICLE COMPLAINT

To make a formal complaint about an abandoned or stored vehicle within the city limits of Winchester (only), please contact us at 540-662-4131. All complaints will be addressed within five (5) business days.

  1. A vehicle that is inoperable and is left unattended on public property for more than forty-eight (48) hours.
  2. The vehicle has remained illegally on public property for a period of more than forty-eight (48) hours.
