ABANDONED VEHICLE COMPLAINT FORM

To make a formal complaint about an abandoned or stored vehicle within the city limits of Winchester (only), please use the form below. All complaints will be addressed within five (5) business days. Please note abandoned vehicles are defined as the following:

  1. A vehicle that is inoperable and is left unattended on public property for more than forty-eight (48) hours.
  2. The vehicle has remained illegally on public property for a period of more than forty-eight (48) hours.
